Returns Policy

No-Quibble Returns Policy

You may return your order for any reason by giving us written notice within 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Where items are to be exchanged, non offer postage fees will be charged. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods to Us

In order to return any goods, please: enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to: Elm Of Burford 48 High Street, Burford, Oxfordshire OX18 4QF England If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.

International Returns

If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. *Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account

Faults

In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept hats unless they have been cleaned thoroughly. We will refund or exchange faulty items. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
